Rate: $139 per night plus 13% tax plus a $1.00 per room occupancy charge. The rate includes a daily hot breakfast buffet, all local telephone calls and incoming faxes and wireless high speed internet in sleeping rooms, public areas and meeting rooms.
Cut–off date: Saturday February 18, 2012
This rate is guaranteed until the cut–off date or the room block is full — whichever comes first.
Check-In/Out: 3:00 p.m./11:00 p.m.
You can also visit www.hamptoninn.com and find the New Orleans Convention Center Location, select arrival and departure dates and on the next page on the bottom of the narrow your results column select Have a Special Code? Type ASQ in the group code box, click on update results and the $139 rate will then come up. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.
Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty.
