- Your registration (whether phoned, faxed, mailed in,
or completed online) will be confirmed by mail with a
receipt and confirmation letter. Please do not follow
up online registration with a phone or fax registration.
We will make every effort to process your registration
within two business days; however, given the nature of
the Internet, technical difficulties may occur, increasing
processing time.

two weeks of sending your online registration, or if you

Registration Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Cancellation requests can be made on or before March 10, 2009.
Substitutions can be made at any time (even on site).
